Self Manager Hub Subscription agreement

This Subscription Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your subscription with the Self Manager Hub website.

The Self Manager Hub provides a subscription service that allows subscribers to access and search our library of tools and resources for self-managers. “Subscription” means your payment to access our library of tools and resources, accessing content, including all features and functionalities, reviews, our websites, and user interfaces, as well as all software associated with our service.

This Agreement is between the Self Manager Hub and you.  You are either:

  • An Individual (NDIS Participant or Plan Nominee) or
  • Organisation (for Corporate Subscription)

Subscription annual fee

Individual Subscription – $99.00  per year
Individual Subscription  is for NDIS Participants and family members.
This subscription fee can be claimed from your Self Managed or Plan Managed NDIS plan The price guide line item for plan managers is: “Self-Management Capacity Building”  in your core budget.

Corporate Subscription – $198.00  per year
Corporate Subscription for organisations, professionals and businesses

Following payment of the appropriate subscription fee you will have access to the Self Manager Hub library of tools and resources for one year.

Invoicing and Billing

When you subscribe to the Self Manager Hub you will have a seven (7) day trial period. To subscribe you will need to provide your credit card/ debit card details in our secure payment platform called Stripe. You will receive an invoice when you sign up for a subscription.  However, your bank account will not be charged until eight (8) days after you signed up for our subscription service.  You will receive a receipt from the Self Manager Hub when your payment is processed on day 8.

During the 7 days trial you will have access  to our library of tools and resources for self-managers. If you choose not to continue with your subscription you can ‘opt out’ within the 7 day trial.

You can opt out of a paid subscription within the seven day trial by clicking the ‘opt out’ link within seven days. 

Please remember it is up to you to opt out and cancel your payment within 7 days of subscribing if you do not wish to continue.

Individual subscription agreement and NDIS

For individual subscription using NDIS funds, this Agreement is made for the purpose of providing you with supports to manage your NDIS plan and is made in the context of the NDIS, which is a scheme that aims to:

  • support the independence and social and economic participation of people with disability, and
  • enable people with a disability to self-direct their support and exercise choice and control in the pursuit of their goals and the planning and delivery of their supports.

Under tax law, the following sentence must be included in this Agreement:

“A supply of supports under this Service Agreement is a supply of one or more reasonable and necessary supports specified in the statement of supports included, under subsection 33(2) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (NDIS Act), in the Participant’s NDIS Plan currently in effect under section 37 of the NDIS Act.”

Promotional Offers

We may from time to time offer special promotional offers for subscription. Offer eligibility is determined by the Self Manager Hub at its sole discretion and we reserve the right to revoke or time limit promotional offers.
