Information for Participants on improvements being made to NDIA processes (PACE) – multiple sessions 19/21/26/28 September

The National Disability Insurance Agency invites current and prospective NDIA participants, their families, and carers to learn more about NDIA’s new ways of working and the improved participant experience. These sessions are about our new computer system (PACE) to make sure everyone is ready when NDIS plans start to be created on the new computer system later this year.

In this session we will go through the improvements for current NDIS participants and for people who are new applicants to the NDIS.

For now, these sessions are an opportunity to come and hear about what is changing. This is just the start of our information sharing with you, future sessions will go into more detail including how to use the new portal and app.

Dates are times are:

– Tuesday 19 September at 7.00 – 7.45pm

– Thursday 21 September at 1.00 – 1.45pm

– Tuesday 26 September at 7.00 – 7.45pm

– Thursday 28 September at 1.00 – 1.45pm

Sessions are delivered via video-conference using Microsoft Teams. Each session covers the same content and attendees should only register for one session.
